Darkfield create strange worlds that unfold around you. They utilise complete darkness combined with binaural sound to create intensive, immersive experiences.

Arcade like all Darkfield shows, takes place in a shipping container. The show will be in complete darkness. We are instructed there will be one opportunity to leave, before the show begins. After that, you decide to participate. This experience will stay with you for a long time.

We put on our headsets at our arcade machines. There are three things to be aware of. The coin machine, the tray and the button. Press the button once for YES. You will have one second to press the button for YES. If you don’t press the button, you choose NO.

You become the avatar. You are milk. You think like milk. You make decisions to survive. How far will you go? Every user experience will be different. I surprised myself with my decisions, my moves. How quickly we were either for or against, something that we knew nothing about. What were we fighting for?
