This is not my first time seeing Danny Beard perform and it will not be the last. Danny has such a warmth and humble energy with the crowd, yet they know when to be cheeky and when to bring drag excellence. Now I would be sad if Danny didn’t insult someone in the audience and they did not disappoint. They have that unteachable quality of being able to laugh at themselves and others in a way that brings so much joy. 

Danny is not alone and brings their live band with them, giving us a flawless execution of music and then with Danny’s fabulous vocals raising the roof and the bar on what a Fringe show can and should be. A brilliant mix of camp, modern drag and old school cabaret with a good old fashioned sing-a-long. 

With their iconic make up, signature silhouette and flamboyant flare we all adore Danny. It is clear that Danny is a national treasure, they love performing and we love watching them. Give them the crown jewels and more! One of the best shows at Fringe.
