Haus of Dy-lan is a gloriously unhinged, high-octane hour of musical comedy that never lets up for a second. From the moment Dylan steps onstage in a purple kimono and launches into his opening number, he has the audience completely in his grip. There are no dull moments here, just non-stop laughter, jaw-dropping vocal runs, and some of the most entertaining oversharing you’ll ever witness.

Blending classical piano skills with chaotic personal storytelling, Adler delivers songs about gay coal miners, being bullied, Asian tops, his identical (also gay) twin; all with big Broadway energy and pitch-perfect comedic timing. The show is dramatic in the best possible way, campy yet deeply sincere, and packed with pop culture references that speak directly to the deeply online queer brain.

What makes it shine is the balance, behind every absurd punchline is a glimpse of real vulnerability plus the relentless reminder that yes, his mum is an ally. The laughs are loud, the voice is stunning and his multiple Defying Gravity riffs are totally fabulous.

Adler’s not just funny, he’s a star baby! Broadway, take note.
