Bright, full of energy, and hilarious, Jess Robinson delivers her love letter to Elton John with a range of wonderful, pitch-perfect impressions (Shakira, Barbara Streisand, Kate Bush to name a few). In a near-capacity venue buzzing with anticipation, Robinson kicks off the show even before the first note, mingling with the crowd and setting the tone for an hour of pure entertainment.

Teaming up with musical director Matthew Floyd Jones, the duo have an incredible talent to perform rousing renditions of Elton songs, reimagining the classics in their own distinct style. Her vocal range is jaw-dropping and the chemistry between them is electric, with Floyd Jones anchoring the show with impeccable musicality. Effective, but minimal audience participation keeps audience involved, picking some of the impressions and sharing in the quest to keep Jess hydrated. You’re in safe hands; Jess is an award winning comedy impressionist. It’s no wonder that this brilliant show returns to the festival year after year.

Whether you’re a die-hard Elton fan, an impressions enthusiast, or simply in need of a serotonin boost, this show hits all the right notes.
